2. Account Registration and Verification

Creating duplicate accounts for any reason — including to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent self-exclusion, or avoid a suspended account decision — is a serious violation of these Terms.
KYC Verification

Account Security Responsibility

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Third-party payment — depositing using a payment account owned by a different person — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds deposited by such means.
Minimum Deposit

Withdrawal Processing

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering will be suspended immediately, funds frozen, and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
sk778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; KYC documentation provided is false, forged, or belongs to a different person; or the account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute against a genuine sk778 deposit transaction. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen but not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that a Terms violation has occurred.
If sk778 terminates an account due to a confirmed Terms violation, any remaining balance at the time of termination may be forfeited in full, particularly where the balance was generated through prohibited conduct. sk778 will communicate the reason for account termination to the registered contact details, to the extent permitted under applicable law and internal compliance obligations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on sk778, including but not limited to the platform design, user interface, graphics, logos, text, software, and game presentation elements, is the property of sk778 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, create derivative works from, or sell any content from sk778 without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of sk778 content may result in account suspension and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability

No Warranty on Availability
